Bobby Back to Family Team

bpr logo 257Bobby will return to his family team full-time after the final Lucas Oil Series race of the season, the Dirt Track World Championship. With the support of Bobby’s primary sponsors, Hoker Trucking, Allgayer Inc., Premier Waste Services, Mesilla Valley Transportation, Carnaghi Towing, Budda, Berger’s Marina, Champion Spark Plugs, Airplus, Queen City Appraisals, and others that are still in negotiations, and along with all the sponsors and product support from all the wonderful companies that help Bobby get on the track and do what he loves, he and his family are excited to be back to getting prepared to race like they’ve been accustomed to for many years out of their shop in Oakwood, IL. With the help and support of his great sponsors, Bobby has a new truck and trailer on order and is currently putting together a team. Bobby and his family feel that they can put together all the pieces of the pie that should make for a dominant team in 2019 and are so excited for the upcoming season. They are unsure of a schedule at this time or if they plan to follow a series. Bobby and his family would like to thank Dunn Benson Motorsports for the opportunity they gave Bobby and to wish them the best.

“Big thanks to Kemp Lamm & DBM for believing in me to win them a Lucas Oil Series championship," Bobby said. "We showed everyone we could win some of the biggest races and compete for a points title. And a big thanks and much credit to Danny, Kent, Richard, Wayne, and of course my dad, who all worked very hard this year and believed in me, allowing my job to be a little bit easier with mainly putting my focus into driving the car. I’d like to thank the whole Lamm family for what they do. I would also like to thank all the sponsors this year who supported us! I decided that I would like to go back to my own deal next year racing our Rocket cars. Once again having everything at my shop close to home and to be able to work on the cars without being gone from home will be nice, and to race where I want more closer to home at times. I want to let everyone know it’s not a big fallout of the team or anything, and maybe in the future I would be interested again if the option is open. Also, I'd like to give a big thank you to all my sponsors and supporters which allow me to make this decision of going back to my own team. I’m not exactly sure what my plans are for next year. It’s been fun getting to all the different tracks this year while racing on the Lucas Series and realizing I have some new favorite tracks and have made some new friends along the way.”
